Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – LeaseLift Concierge™ By booking a service with LeaseLift Concierge™, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Payment & Commitment All bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. No Refunds All services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services, preparation time, and personalized review, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, missed appointments, or failure to submit required documents. Rescheduling Clients may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be denied. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit the session. No Guarantees LeaseLift Concierge™ does not guarantee rental approval, acceptance by landlords, or specific outcomes. Our services provide guidance, organization, and presentation support only. Final decisions are made solely by landlords, property managers, or housing providers. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. LeaseLift Concierge™ is not responsible for outcomes resulting from false, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by the client. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in abusive behavior, misrepresentation, or misuse of services. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
